Television Country is widely known as the friendliest on the planet. It's a stereotype that the people who reside here are annoyingly friendly, because they almost never work on their own content. They consistently help other countries with their media, and even aid the planet Earth with interstellar communications.

Leslie decides to head out and survey a land after her surveyor turns up sick with a horse transmitted disease, only to be chased by a raccoon bent on her destruction. Meanwhile, Ben attempts to get the rest of the gang involved with his brand new game, but they decide to play by their own rules.
