Animation Country was created during the great short film stock collapse. In order to ensure the Short Film's survival, this country was created to help build "Valenria," a short animated film. In present time, Animation Country has gone to war with Novel Country over a feud over produced content.
After witnessing the disfunctional yet powerful heist crew Severe, nine-year-old Relia stows herself in the trunk of their car in order train under the leader's wing.
